Trump and Netanyahu Unite in Ultimatum to Hamas: Release Hostages by Saturday or Face Renewed War
The ceasefire agreement between Israel and Palestine was signed roughly a month ago but, the no of hostages released is not as per the mentioned dates and criteria. As per the deal, Hamas agreed to release more hostages on Saturday
But announced that due to some reasons, the release has been suspended and further processes will take place after Saturday. This notification made Israel more furious and Netanyahu declared, that if the hostages were not released by Saturday, the ceasefire agreement would be violated and war would be renewed.
US President Donald Trump stressed upon the release of hostages, and if not released by Saturday noon he said,” Let hell break out”. As per a statement by the Israel defence minister, “If Hamas stops the hostage releases, then there is no ceasefire and there is war” he also added, “the new Gaza war” and this will also allow “the realisation of Trump’s vision for Gaza“.
