Amid the ongoing speculations related to the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard as the Director of National Intelligence of the USA and concerns relating to her relation with Russia have raised significant questions as soon as she was nominated for the DNI post by the elected president of the USA Donald Trump. But the speculations have been taken away as the Senate Intelligence Committee approved her nomination after a win of 9-8, the Republicans voting her and the Democrats voting against her.
With this Tulsi Gabbard has moved a step forward in becoming the next DNI of the USA. Though the full senate vote decision is pending, Tulsi Gabbard is expected to have greater chances of being voted for the post as the number of current members of the Republicans are 57 and Democrats are 53 i.e. the majority of the Senate is of the Republicans and they are all expected to vote for Tulsi Gabbard. Without any greater inconvenience, Tulsi Gabbard has a 90% chance of being the next DNI of the USA.
