Unknown Gunman is active again!! Who is he??

The activities of unknown gunmen have raised serious concerns among Pakistanis in recent times. Last month 3 members of the Lashkar-e-Taiba were killed, 2 of them were killed in road accidents and 1 was killed.
Now the very close alliance and the brother-in-law of Lashkar-e-Taiba group member, Hafis Saeed. Maulana Kashif Ali was the leader of the political wing of Lashkar-e-Taiba i.e. Falah-e-Insaniat. Maulana Ali is a very well-known personality for his connection to terrorism and terrorist groups. Maulana Kashif Ali was killed at his residence’s main gate by an unknown gunman who came on a motorcycle and opened fire on Maulana Kashif Ali with an automated gun. After killing Maulana Kashif Ali, the gun was nowhere to be found.

Though no traces of where Hafis Saeed has been found, whoever the gunman is- has found one of Hafis Saeed’s closest accompanies.
The Lashkar-e-Taiba was one of the terrorist organisations that were banned by the USA and India but, the US AID has repeatedly funded the Lashkar-e-Taiba through its political wing Falah-e-Insaniat.

The USAID to FIF was also routed passively, through Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) a Michigan-based Muslim charity that has ties with Jihadist outfits operating in various parts of South Asia.
Though nothing is known about the unknown gunman, it has raised serious concerns about various other terrorist organisations and has raised significant questions regarding their existence. No official statements have been noticed from Pakistan till now.
